HTC which recently launched its flagship One M8
has announced that it has teamed up with the IPL team Delhi Daredevils.
With this participation the HTC One (M8) has become the official phone
of the IPL 2014 franchise.
HTC One (M8) is a 5.0-inch phone powered by a 2.5 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor and runs on Android 4.4 (KitKat).
Last week, Chinese smartphone maker Huawei partnered Royal Challengers Bangalore as principal sponsor for IPL 2014. Also, telecom company Aircel joined hands with DigiVive to enable users stream IPL 2014 on their mobile.
The Cricket League has an incredible reach and its popularity cuts across demographics and geographies. Delhi Daredevils is one of the most youthful and exciting teams in the League with a good blend of international and Indian stars. We believe HTC and Delhi Daredevils share many common attributes.
